K. Vimal Raj is the founder of Squad7 Fitness — a performance-driven fitness community built on discipline, structure, and real results. With a strong belief that transformation is not about shortcuts but about systems, Vimal created Squad7 around 7 core principles.
He believes that most people fail in fitness not due to lack of effort, but due to lack of structure and guidance. Squad7 was built to change that.
